I had a query re the four tier fountain. I bought. I noticed that as the machine is running the flow seems to get less and less eventually leading to no flow even though there’s enough chocolate and it’s good quality choco late. Pls advise on what could be the issue and how I can rectify it.
Will appreciate any advise from your experience.

Two ways:
1. Air in the cylinder so the chocolate up to top less and less. So you just stop the machine and waiting for 30 second then restart for motor switch. to clean air from cylinder.
2. you have enough good quality chocolate, but please make sure the chocolate contain high butter (normally over 40%) so that chocolate can flow smooth. If your chocolate have not enough cocoa butter, then you can add some food oil to replace. Then will be ok.
