First you could bake a Chocolate Cake.
There are many recipes of chocolate cakes that require chocolate as an ingredient of the cake. Here is a simple recipe that you could do in less than an hour.
300 grams of chocolate (preferably dark), 100 grams of butter, 200 grams of sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour, 6 eggs.
In a large bowl, beat with a whisk 2 eggs and 4 egg yolks with the sugar until frothy, melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler and once melted, add it to the mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon; mounted the 4 remaining egg whites until stiff and add themselves together with the tablespoon of flour, mix well and then pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper, bake in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
Make sure that the egg whites do not sag and mix well together: then stir the mixture with circular movements from the bottom up. Check the area with a toothpick: the inside of the cake should be soft. And it is ready to serve
Chocolate with pears
Ingredients for 4 people:
4 pears; 200 grams of chocolate; sugar in function of the quantity of water.
Wash and peel the pears without remove the stalk, in a pot close by high walls paid much water is enough to cover all the pears (Take the test by immersing the pears and then remove them), combine the sugar and water to the extent of 20 grams per litre of water, boil and then add the pears and cook for about half an hour until the fruits are tender; make the chocolate into pieces and melt in a pan in a water bath; drained pears and arrange on plates individual, mix the melted chocolate, chocolate over the pears and serve.
Chocolate fondue with fruit
Last and my Favourite is a Chocolate fondue with fruit
Ingredients: 200 grams of chocolate, strawberries 14 or the equivalent in size of the pieces of other fruits; 100 ml of cream.
You can use various types of fruit such as strawberries, bananas, kiwis, apples and pears or various cookies, but you have to have the foresight to submerge in the lemon juice the fruit that tends to darken. Washed, dried fruit and cut it to pieces (When you are using strawberries, leave them whole and with the stalk); make the chocolate into pieces and place in a saucepan to melt in a double boiler along with the cream, mix well until the mixture is smooth and well melted and then put it in a fondue pot and turn on the stove below for the hot chocolate remains; look inside the fruit using long sticks or special fondue forks.
